Prakash received his Bachelors in Mathematics from Imperial College of Science and Technology in London, England, and his Masters in Science from The University of Oxford in England. Sushila received her Bachelors in Science from The University of the South Pacific in Suva, Fiji. Having immigrated to the United States in the 1980s, both had a passion for the American Dream. Through their hardwork and sacrifice, Prakash & Sushila opened their first independent hotel 27 years ago in Kansas City, MO called Four Acres. Four Acres was the foundation that Meadowlark Hotel Group is built on. Since then, Prakash and Sushila have worked tirelessly to build a lasting legacy through expanding their portfolio and incorporating their children into the business.

Shritin chose the hospitality industry to apply that knowledge to, and has been in the hospitality industry for the last ten years working with employees and managing operations. Niral has worked for major accounting firms such as Ernst & Young and JPG Smith. Niral brought over his expertise in accounting and taxation to the Meadowlark Hotel Group in 2020.
